Tracy Hall, born Tracy Ann Walker, was born October 2, 1973 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She pulls experience of finance from years of struggles that began when she dropped out of High school at the age of 17. She was able to go back and get her GED one year later. at the age of 41 she received her Associates of Applied Science Business Management. Currently she is working on her Bachelor's of Applied Science Business Administration with Emphasis in Finance.

Tracy has worked a multitude of "jobs" but her dream is to work in the field of Human Resources.

She is excited with the launch of this book because it is her first published work.

Tracy and her family currently live in beautiful Colorado. What the future holds, no one knows. What can be said is that with Tracy's financial Strategies and plans, whatever the future holds promise to be stable.

      Even though there are some pretty famous people out there telling us what we need to do to get out of debt, they really don’t say exactly how to do that, if your income is low like most of us, common people, experience.

Because of what I learned and experienced I wrote this book. My friends have made some bad financial decisions and I wanted to help them. I want to help everyone actually. The things I write about, I do so because, no one ever taught me any of it.

      Financial Planning and Life Lessons for The Common People, is about how I experience financial difficulties and learned from my bad decisions. I had to learn it all on my own through a series of mistakes and failures. I want to share, with the common people who are going through, what I’ve been through. I am truly trying to make your life just a tad bit easier.
